Food Hub is here to make the connection between farmers and consumers more than just convenient, but it is a paradigm to unify and build the entire local food industry. Developing the local food system is one way of securing fresh food for our community. If Wichitans spent 25 percent of their food budget on local food, it would create 27,000 new jobs, 1 billion dollars in wages, and 4 billion dollars in new economic output.

The Food Hub is an aggregator of products for multiple farms, growers, and food makers in our community. We curate our suppliers for the best quality available. Our goal is to build out our offerings in a way that you can shop for everything you need to eat well without having to supplement from the large grocery stores stocked with products provided by the national and international corporate supply chain.

In alignment with our mission of food is social justice, Food Hub makes regular donations to ICT Food Rescue, Union Rescue Mission, and the ICT Community Fridge program.

How it Works for Restaurants

Institutions and restaurants should contact the hub manager to set up a commercial account.

All wholesale orders will be delivered on the selected day between 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

How it Works for Home Cooks

There are two pick-up days every week.

Orders are available for contactless pick-up at
Firefly Farm, 15615 East 21st Street North, Wichita between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Tuesday Pick-Ups

Orders must be placed between 
8 p.m. on Thursday and 8 p.m. on Monday.

Friday Pick-ups

Orders must be placed between
8 p.m. on Monday and 8 p.m. on Thursday.

Please note that all product pricing includes sales tax.
